(Eg) Mother teresa lead a life of abnegat

(Eg) That hut has been his abode for the
past 10 years.


(16) ABOLISH - CANCEL, ELIMINATE.
(Eg) The majority of the country wants the gove
rnment to abolish nuclear weapons.



(17) ABOMINABLE, ABOMINATE - HATE, DETESTABLE, LOATHE.
(Eg) The skunk is one of the most abominable species.



(18) ABORIGINAL - PRIMITIVE, INDIGENOUS, FIRST OF ITS KIND.
(Eg) The photo depicts an aboriginal dancer in Australia.



(19) ABORTIVE - UNSUCCESSFUL, FUTILE.
(Eg) A leak in the rocket forced NASA to abort the mission.


(20) ABRASIVE - RUBBING AWAY.

(Eg) Rough surfaces are abrasive in nature.
