(9) BANDY - CASUAL EXCHANGE OF WORDS, FRIVOLOUS DISCUSSION.
(Eg) The girls were bandying words with each other.
(10) BANE - BAD, HARMFUL, CAUSE OF RUIN.
(Eg) Racism is a bane in any civilized society.
